Deep Awakening is grounded in two core beliefs: 1) that given the right conditions, human beings will naturally heal and grow; and 2) that a sacred and sustainable way of life is available to humanity. There are many potential doorways for awakening to these possibilities, including therapy, meditation and psychedelics. Whatever the path, if we are to heal and grow, we must align into healthy relationships with ourselves, each other and our world.
